Your extensions are an investment. Following these professional care recommendations will help keep your Bellmazi hair looking beautiful from the first install to every maintenance appointment.

Brushing

Proper brushing prevents tangles, minimizes shedding, and helps extend the life of your human hair extensions.

• Always detangle your extensions before washing or applying styling products.
• Begin brushing at the ends of the hair, then gradually work your way toward the roots while supporting the hair at the point of attachment.
• Never brush from the roots downward first, as this can cause unnecessary tension, breakage, and shedding.
• For curly or wavy textures, gently detangle with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb while the hair is damp and conditioned.
• Brush your extensions daily to keep them smooth, healthy, and tangle-free. A travel brush is perfect for maintaining your hair throughout the day.

Washing & Conditioning

Clean, hydrated extensions perform and last longer.

• Thoroughly saturate your hair with warm water, ensuring water reaches between all extension rows or attachment points.
• Cleanse using a high-quality sulfate-free shampoo formulated for human hair extensions.
• Gently massage your scalp while allowing the shampoo to flow through the hair. Avoid aggressively rubbing or tangling the extensions.
• Follow with a moisturizing conditioner, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends while avoiding excessive conditioner directly on bonds or attachment points when applicable.
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all product buildup.
• Deep condition your extensions weekly or whenever additional moisture is needed to maintain softness, shine, and manageability.

Styling & Product Recommendations

Hydration is the foundation of healthy luxury hair extensions.

• Always apply a heat protectant before using blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons, or other hot tools.
• Keep styling temperatures between 350°F and 400°F whenever possible to help preserve the integrity of the hair and minimize color fading.
• Finish with a lightweight serum or nourishing hair oil to enhance shine and reduce frizz without weighing the hair down.
• If you wear blonde or highlighted extensions, use mineral-based sunscreen whenever possible. Traditional chemical sunscreens containing ingredients such as avobenzone and octocrylene may discolor lighter extension hair.

Drying

Proper drying is essential for maintaining both your extensions and scalp health.

• Gently squeeze excess water from the hair and blot with a microfiber towel whenever possible.
• Never aggressively rub wet extensions with a towel.
• If your extensions are installed, always ensure your scalp, braids, rows, wefts, or attachment points are completely dry before styling or going to bed. Trapped moisture can lead to unwanted odor and scalp concerns.
• Curly and wavy extensions may be allowed to air dry after the attachment points are thoroughly dried to help preserve their natural texture.

Sleeping

Protecting your hair overnight helps reduce tangling and extend the life of your extensions.

• Brush your extensions before bedtime.
• Loosely braid or twist your hair before sleeping.
• Sleep on a satin or silk pillowcase or wear a satin bonnet to reduce friction and moisture loss.
• Never sleep with wet or damp hair.
• A bedroom humidifier may provide additional moisture during dry seasons.

Bellmazi Hair Mob is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, excessive heat, chemical processing, improper maintenance, or the use of products not recommended for human hair extensions.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before pickup, delivery, or shipment unless the item is marked as available for same-day service.

Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed by 12 PM may be eligible for pickup between 4 PM–7 PM once confirmed.

Local Delivery: Local delivery may be available based on distance, timing, and inventory. Delivery is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Shipping: Once your order is processed and scanned by the carrier, shipping time depends on the carrier’s delivery estimate. Bellmazi Hair Mob is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or packages marked delivered.

Custom & Specialty Orders: Raw hair, lace products, wigs, custom colors, and specialty textures may require additional processing time based on availability.

Please Note: Product photos may be styled for presentation. Texture, fullness, curl pattern, and color may vary due to lighting, styling, co-washing, and product preparation.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
