The Blonde Canvas by Bellmazi offers personalized color services for clients purchasing Bellmazi human hair extensions. Each custom color is created according to the selected coloring technique, desired shade, and characteristics of the hair being colored.

Services may include all-over color, highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombré, dimensional color, root shadows, and specialty tones.

Custom coloring is performed on the extensions before installation. The final result depends on the original hair color, texture, previous processing, and selected technique.

Not every color transformation is achievable on every type of hair. Bellmazi may recommend an alternative starting shade, additional processing, or a different coloring service when necessary to protect the integrity of the extensions.

The number of bundles needed depends on your desired fullness, installation method, natural hair density, and selected length.

For most full installations, we recommend:

12–16 inches: 2–3 bundles

18–22 inches: 3 bundles

24–26 inches: 3–4 bundles

28–30 inches: 4 bundles

32 inches and longer: 4 or more bundles

For extra fullness or a more dramatic finish, add an additional bundle.

Each Bellmazi bundle weighs approximately 100g (3.5 oz). Because bundles are sold by weight, longer lengths contain fewer individual strands than shorter lengths. This means longer installations may require additional bundles to achieve the same fullness from roots to ends.

If you’re installing a closure or frontal, your lace piece will also contribute hair and coverage to the finished look.

Custom coloring performed on loose bundles is different from coloring extensions after they have been installed.

Face-framing highlights, money pieces, precise part-line placement, and customized color placement around the face must be performed with the extensions installed or properly positioned on the client’s head.

Because loose bundles do not establish where individual sections will fall after installation, Bellmazi cannot guarantee that highlights, lowlights, or dimensional color will appear in a specific location once the hair is installed.

Custom-colored bundles may be designed to create dimension throughout the hair, but the finished placement depends on the installation method, bundle positioning, parting, layering, and styling.

Clients requesting precise face-framing or placement-specific coloring should arrange an appropriate on-head coloring service. Such services are not included in standard off-head bundle coloring.

All hair extensions must be selected and paid for in full before custom coloring services can begin.

Custom color service pricing is separate from the cost of the hair unless an individual product or package expressly states otherwise.

Purchasing a custom color service alone does not include the hair extensions.

Orders requiring multiple bundles must have the full quantity purchased and available before coloring begins to support consistent color development across the order.

After the hair purchase and selected color service are confirmed, Bellmazi will review the customization details before beginning processing.

Any additional services, specialized techniques, or color corrections outside the original purchase must be approved and paid for before the additional work begins.

Bellmazi approaches every custom color request with the goal of achieving the closest professional interpretation of the client’s desired shade and overall appearance.

Inspiration photographs are references, not guarantees of an identical color result.

Photographs may be affected by filters, editing, artificial lighting, camera settings, screen brightness, or color adjustments. These factors can alter how a shade appears and make an exact match impossible.

Additionally, the original hair color, previous processing, porosity, texture, and chemical response may influence the finished result.

Two photographs of the same hair color may appear significantly different under different lighting conditions.

Clients are encouraged to provide clear, unfiltered reference photographs taken in natural lighting whenever possible.

Bellmazi cannot guarantee an exact duplication of a photograph but will use the approved references and service specifications to guide the custom coloring process.

Minor differences in tone, dimension, or placement are inherent to individually customized hair extensions and do not automatically constitute a defect.

All Bellmazi custom-colored hair extensions are prepared to order and require additional processing time beyond standard hair purchases.

Order Processing

Custom coloring begins only after all hair extensions have been purchased and paid for in full, the selected color service has been confirmed, and all necessary customization details and inspiration photographs have been received.

Processing times vary based on the selected coloring technique, number of bundles, starting hair color, and complexity of the desired result.

Custom Color Lead Time

Estimated processing time will be provided upon order review. Complex color transformations, multiple coloring sessions, or specialty techniques may require additional time.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping estimates begin once the completed order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your custom color service is complete, your order will undergo a final quality review before being packaged for shipment or prepared for pickup.

Shipping options, applicable rates, and estimated transit times are provided at checkout. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside Bellmazi’s control may affect delivery dates.

Same-Day Pickup & Delivery

Custom-colored hair extensions are excluded from Bellmazi’s standard same-day pickup and delivery services while customization is in progress. Local pickup or delivery may be arranged once the order is complete and ready for fulfillment.

Important: If your extensions are needed for a scheduled installation, vacation, wedding, or special occasion, please contact Bellmazi before purchasing to confirm whether your requested timeframe can be accommodated.

Rush processing and specific arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Bellmazi.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before pickup, delivery, or shipment unless the item is marked as available for same-day service.

Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed by 12 PM may be eligible for pickup between 4 PM–7 PM once confirmed.

Local Delivery: Local delivery may be available based on distance, timing, and inventory. Delivery is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Custom Order Cancellations

Once the coloring process has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged for preference-related reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
