Your Hair. Your Concierge.

  1. Tell us your look. Choose your collection and hair specifications, then select pickup or local delivery.
  2. We confirm the details. A Bellmazi Concierge Specialist will text you to confirm stock, pricing, payment, and scheduling.
  3. Complete payment and receive your hair. Payment is required before pickup or delivery.

Before You Request

Submit same-day pickup requests by 2 PM. Later requests may be ready the next business day.

Local delivery requires a minimum purchase of $100. Delivery fees apply. Availability depends on inventory, delivery area, and scheduling.

Submitting a request does not reserve inventory or guarantee same-day service. Same-day options are for select in-stock hair only.
