BELLMAZI EXTENSIONS HAIR CARE GUIDE 

𝐁𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Brush hair prior to using any product while hair is dry. For curly extensions, use instead a wide tooth comb IN the shower or when styling, while hair is still damp/wet.

• It is best to hold the roots as you brush, starting from the bottom and slowly going upwards as the hair becomes untangled.

• Brushing from top to bottom first will cause breakage to extension hair.

• Lightly detangling is recommended daily, and a travel brush is great to carry with you.

𝐂𝐨-𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐡

• Thoroughly rinse your 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊 𝑯𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔, thoroughly between rows. Keeping a clip in the shower makes it easier to manage this in sections.

• Shampoo with “𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑪𝒐-𝑾𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒐“.

• Apply once a week our “𝑯𝒚𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒐𝒃 𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒌“, as extensions are drier than natural hair and thrive on moisture!

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬

• Hydration is our #1 focus to the health of your new hair!

• Always use a heat protectant when styling with a hot tool. Purchase our “𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒎𝒂𝒛𝒊 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒕…𝑵𝒐𝒕“ for lasting result. Heatless rollers are also a great alternative.

• Use our high-quality serum or oil as needed.

• For best results use our “𝑴𝒂𝒇𝒊𝒂 𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒎 𝑰𝒓𝒐𝒏“ with silicone hydrating titanium plates with digital Fahrenheit set between 350 and 400° as heat can cause color fading and damage to the hair. 

• ONLY use mineral based sunscreen! Chemical ingredients such as avobenzone and octocrylene, found in traditional sunscreen, are guilty of discoloring blonde and dimensional extensions to a pinkish-orange hue.

𝐃𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Squeeze any excess water out of the hair and pat dry with a towel. Microfiber is best! Air drying for a bit prior to blow drying is also OK.

• Now that you have thicker hair (yay!) drying in sections will make things much easier.

• If curly/wavy extensions are installed, drying the point of attachment (weft, bond, individuals) is all that is necessary.

𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Brush hair gently and braid or twist loosely before bed. Secure with our silk “𝑮𝒍𝒂𝒎 𝑴𝒐𝒃 𝑺𝒄𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆”.

• Do not go to bed with wet hair, as tangling can occur close to the scalp.

• Our “𝑴𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝑾𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝑺𝒊𝒍𝒌 𝑷𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝑪𝒂𝒔𝒆“ is highly recommended year-round to alleviate friction and static, which is especially common during winter months.

• Optional: a bedroom humidifier for added hydration

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before pickup, delivery, or shipment unless the item is marked as available for same-day service.

Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed by 12 PM may be eligible for pickup between 4 PM–7 PM once confirmed.

Local Delivery: Local delivery may be available based on distance, timing, and inventory. Delivery is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Shipping: Once your order is processed and scanned by the carrier, shipping time depends on the carrier’s delivery estimate. Bellmazi Hair Mob is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or packages marked delivered.

Custom & Specialty Orders: Raw hair, lace products, wigs, custom colors, and specialty textures may require additional processing time based on availability.

Please Note: Product photos may be styled for presentation. Texture, fullness, curl pattern, and color may vary due to lighting, styling, co-washing, and product preparation.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
