What are I-Tip extensions?

I-Tips are individual extensions installed strand by strand and secured to small sections of natural hair using microbeads or rings.

Do I-Tips use heat or glue?

Traditional I-Tip installation does not require heat-fusing or adhesive to attach the extension to the natural hair. The extension is held in place with a bead or ring.

Will the beads show?

Proper placement helps conceal the beads beneath the natural hair. Visibility can depend on hair density, placement, bead color, and styling.

How much I-Tip hair do I need?

The amount depends on your natural density, length, and desired fullness. Your stylist should determine the appropriate gram weight before installation.

How long can I wear I-Tips?

Wear time varies with hair growth, installation, maintenance, and lifestyle. Unlike K-Tips, I-Tips can generally be repositioned during professional maintenance when appropriate.

Can I wear my hair up?

Yes. Individual placement can provide excellent movement and styling flexibility when the extensions are installed with your preferred hairstyles in mind.

Can I wash and heat style I-Tips?

Yes. Keep heavy oils and conditioners away from the bead/attachment area, and use heat protection when styling the hair.

What’s the difference between I-Tips and K-Tips?

I-Tips use beads or rings for attachment. K-Tips use a keratin-based fusion attachment.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before pickup, delivery, or shipment unless the item is marked as available for same-day service.

Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed by 12 PM may be eligible for pickup between 4 PM–7 PM once confirmed.

Local Delivery: Local delivery may be available based on distance, timing, and inventory. Delivery is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Shipping: Once your order is processed and scanned by the carrier, shipping time depends on the carrier’s delivery estimate. Bellmazi Hair Mob is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or packages marked delivered.

Custom & Specialty Orders: Raw hair, lace products, wigs, custom colors, and specialty textures may require additional processing time based on availability.

Please Note: Product photos may be styled for presentation. Texture, fullness, curl pattern, and color may vary due to lighting, styling, co-washing, and product preparation.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
