Podcast Studio Booking
2-Hour Podcast Session
2-Hour Minimum
Your reservation includes a dedicated two-hour studio block designed to allow time for setup, recording, and breakdown.
What’s included:
- Approximately 30 minutes for setup and sound check
- Up to 60 minutes of recording time
- Approximately 30 minutes for breakdown and reset
Additional studio time may be added based on availability.
Studio Availability
Podcast Studio reservations are currently available on Mondays between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Your entire reservation time is blocked exclusively for your session. Podcast and Content Studio bookings share studio availability to prevent overlapping reservations.
Advance booking is required.
What’s Included
Bellmazi provides a standard podcast setup with the basic essentials needed to create in the space.
Studio amenities may include:
- Podcast microphone(s)
- Basic audio recording equipment
- Softbox studio lighting
- Podcast seating and set
- Basic camera or phone positioning equipment
- Wi-Fi
- Power access
- Standard charging connections
- Bellmazi Podcast Studio setting
Specific available equipment will be confirmed with your reservation.
What You Bring
You bring the conversation.
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared with all materials needed for their individual podcast or production.
This may include:
- Episode topics
- Scripts or talking points
- Interview questions
- Guest information
- Branding materials
- Products or props
- Personal devices
- Storage devices or external drives
Bellmazi provides the standard studio essentials. If your production requires equipment or materials beyond what is included with the studio, you are responsible for bringing or obtaining those items.
Specialty cameras, lenses, advanced audio equipment, specialty lighting, production crews, props, and other project-specific equipment are not included unless specifically stated in your reservation.
Before Your Session
After booking, you’ll receive a short session questionnaire so we can learn more about your podcast and prepare the space for your arrival.
You’ll be able to provide information including:
- Podcast or project name
- Number of guests
- Recording goals
- General topic
- Equipment you plan to bring
- Special setup requests
Special requests are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
Arrival & Setup
Please arrive on time for your reservation.
Setup, sound check, recording, file handling, and breakdown must take place within your reserved studio time unless additional time has been purchased.
Late arrival does not extend your reservation.
Recording & Files
Clients are responsible for ensuring their content is properly recorded and saved before leaving the studio.
We recommend bringing an appropriate external storage device when files need to be transferred after your session.
Bellmazi is not responsible for lost, corrupted, accidentally deleted, or improperly saved recording files.
Additional Time
Need more recording time?
Additional studio time may be added when scheduling permits. We recommend reserving additional time in advance when recording longer episodes, multiple episodes, or sessions with multiple guests.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A deposit is required to secure your studio reservation.
Deposits are applied toward your total booking balance.
Because studio time is reserved specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable.
Eligible reservations may be transferred to another available date with proper advance notice. Late cancellations, no-shows, and same-day changes may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
