Hair Density
THE DENSITY TEST
Full Density. No Fillers.
Beautiful extensions aren’t defined by length alone. Density affects how full the hair looks, how it falls, and how substantial it feels from the top of the weft through the ends.
At Bellmazi™, we believe quality should be visible before the hair is ever installed—and felt the moment it reaches your hands.
WHAT IS HAIR DENSITY?
Hair density describes the overall fullness and concentration of hair. With extensions, density can affect how substantial a bundle appears and how much fullness remains throughout its length.
Two bundles can be the same length and weight and still look very different depending on strand length, construction, drawing, and overall fullness.
FULLNESS FROM TOP TO ENDS
Pay attention to more than the top of the bundle.
Quality hair should maintain intentional fullness throughout its length rather than appearing substantial at the top and dramatically thinning before reaching the ends.
Longer lengths naturally require more hair to create the same visual fullness as shorter lengths, which is why your desired style, length, and finished density should all be considered when deciding how much hair you need.
SINGLE-DRAWN VS. DOUBLE-DRAWN
Single-drawn hair contains a greater natural variation in strand lengths, which can create softer, naturally tapered ends.
Double-drawn hair is sorted to contain a greater percentage of strands at or near the stated length, producing a fuller appearance through the ends.
Neither term alone determines overall hair quality. Origin, processing, cuticle condition, construction, and the integrity of the hair itself also matter.
WHAT DOES “NO FILLERS” MEAN?
When Bellmazi™ identifies hair as No Fillers, we mean the product is not intentionally bulked with synthetic fibers or filler hair simply to create the appearance of greater volume.
What you purchase should be the hair you expect to receive.
THE BELLMAZI™ STANDARD
Look at it.
Feel it.
Examine the ends.
Quality shouldn’t disappear when you run your fingers through the bundle.
Fullness you can see. Quality you can feel.
CHOOSING YOUR DENSITY
The amount of hair you need depends on several factors:
Length • Installation Method • Natural Hair Density • Desired Fullness • Texture • Finished Style
As length increases, additional bundles may be needed to maintain a fuller finished look.
Not sure how much hair you need?
A Bellmazi™ consultation can help determine the appropriate hair, length, texture, and quantity for your desired result.
